Regarding the book:
The Spiritual Wisdom of India, New volume 1

From Leivur a Troedni, 26 Maj 2017

I think it is a lovely and easily accessible book that deals with topics that can be difficult to address in a straightforward manner without banalizing them.

I think that is a huge achievement. There is a very fine balance between the chapters. The way in which the reader is guided closer to an honest and clear understanding of meditation and the spiritual values and modes is unique and absolutely brilliant.

All things considered, it is a wonderful book where you feel you are in good company whilst acquiring new knowledge and a deeper insight into spiritual wisdom in a simple and entertaining manner.

So thank you so much for that.

From Eskild Tjalve, 17 January 2020

I read your book – thank you for that! It is really interesting.

What a journey you have been on – both externally and internally. You have really absorbed experiences and wisdom and you have a good way of writing – a mixture of concrete knowledge and fine spiritual insights and experiences.

I enjoyed the overview given in the book and you have made it so vivid by using your own personal experience.

Flow – Follow the joy and energy

From Bjarne W. Andresen, 6 April 2019

I devoured your book! Flow – Follow the joy and the energy blew me away. What a rich life you have and what a lot you have experienced both in the external world and in your inner life. Thank you for sharing.

You have so much at heart that it quite overflows. This also means that your book covers a lot of ground. It points in many directions, but they are directions which to a great extent mirror what I myself have been grappling with over the past 10-15 years.

You have a completely different approach to flow than I have and it is greatly rewarding to have your points of view as well. My approach has been more natural scientific and linked to mindfulness as it is practiced in the Western world. Many, many thanks for also sharing your thoughts in this respect.

“It is a paradox that the need for ‘pure’ love can only be met when we as human beings are prepared to ‘just’ be who we are – without striving for love.” How right that is (and important). Also the observations on when “I” experience love most intensely (page 79) are an eye opener.

Flow has many really good figures. It’s great that you have included them. I will take with me and remember figure 5 page 76 about the filters we set up between sender and receiver.

Great with exercises. The one about flow theory in 7-28 days is easily manageable and I will at the first opportunity sit down with your questions about the flow in my working life (page 227). I look forward to seeing what opens up.
